Summer will be upon us soon enough. To prepare and entice you, we're introducing the first of our classic summer dishes this week - a classic iceberg salad coupled with grape tomatoes, crisp bacon, crumbled danish blue cheese and a sensual blue cheese dressing. So good I had two this evening!
