I'm not even really sure what to say about this menu. There are about 8 things I want to try!
I tasked Pseudo Chef Riley and Chef Dilan with creating a St. Patrick's Week menu that had some traditional Irish elements without being too predictable. Some may argue we 'hurled' this one out of the park!
