While I'm not entirely convinced, I do know a little dash of ingenuity, a pinch of training, and a smattering of food network re-runs ensure that we have the best battered fish and chips in town. Three-Oh. A multitude of flavors creating an infinite number of reactions. Our philosophy for 2010 is out with the old and in with the new. We are proudly proclaiming our penchant for vodka. As we anxiously await Three Olives "Bubbles" to enter the Alberta marketplace we are spending many a wayward evening entertaining at the bar with one of the 10 other flavors offered by our new friends out of the UK.
