Todays inspiration is vodka. To be truthful, yesterdays inspiration was vodka as well. We've decided to use Three Olives exclusively as our flavored vodka supplier. For those with a more discriminating palate, Hangar 1 spiced pear is the perfect winter beverage. Imagine a warm fire, a soft blanket, comfy couch and snow dancing across the ground. That's Hangar 1 spiced pear. And for those who are intrigued by the prospects of interesting vodka, that's just the begining...

While waiting for the first 10 megapixel blackberry camera, I'll populate my blog with an interesting picture or twenty. Tonight represents the half way point of the christmas season. Many have come to our little oasis, many more to come before we call another holiday season a success. Oddly, and thankfully, we seem to be booked through february for those wishing to celebrate after the hustle and bustle of the season comes to an end. Come one, come all, I say! We always have room for more friends and those who believe in a little thing called 'plum'.

This is how we lounge....

Welcome to my first foray in to blogging. While I wouldn't expect anything earth shattering or terribly riveting, this is a simple way to keep in touch with the many loyal and eager foodies and cork dorks that call plum home every so often. I'm not sure what direction this little endeavor will go. What I will say is that it will be full or inspiration procured from my, and hopefully your, little oasis on 6th street downtown.

Thank you for all your continued support and thank you for believing in what we are trying to accomplish in the Southern Alberta dining and lounging scene. You have many choices before you. We are honored that once in a while you choose us.
